Brooklyn O’Donnell is a second-year undergraduate student at Penn State pursuing a Bachelor of Life Sciences in Psychology and is minoring in biology and child maltreatment and advocacy studies. Brooklyn is interested in child psychopathology, how early childhood experiences shape the personality of an individual, and the development, treatment, and prevention of mental health disorders. She is also interested in the structural changes in the brain and the effects of early child maltreatment on it. She plans on going to graduate school and pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology after graduation. After, she plans to become a child therapist. In her free time, she plays the violin and draws.
