Kaitlyn Ventre

Kaitlyn is an incoming fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with the Business option. She is passionate about exploring how digital interventions and technologies like generative AI can help bridge gaps in access to mental health care, particularly for underserved and marginalized communities. Kaitlyn is especially excited to join the FAM Lab to deepen her understanding of neuro-affective and intergenerational mechanisms that shape emotional and psychological outcomes. She looks forward to building her research experience in affective neuroscience and using these insights to inform innovative approaches to prevention and treatment. Outside of the lab, Kaitlyn has contributed to multiple interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of psychology, technology, and education, and has held a range of educational support roles focused on student success, accessibility, and mentorship. After graduation, she plans to pursue a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
